My doctor recommended this product. And I have been using it for almost a year now. My DHEA levels have come up which has also helped my testosterone levels to come up just a little. This is exactly what we were hoping for because I didn't really want to take testosterone (being a women), if I didn't have to. I started with two spray pumps per day and once my levels got better I went down to one spray per day. The flavor is good - make sure to follow the directions and hold in mouth for 30 sec. before swallowing.

Works quite well for me, balancing hormones through peri-m. I also take other herbal supplements, not hormones, to aid the natural transition of my body. Very happy with this product.

Sprayer Clogs

The products tastes good and does seem to work well. I had the sprayer plug up 3 times on me, the last time resulted in loss of product due to taking several hard presses then the plug released and made a mess.I will not be purchasing this again the plugged sprayer just is not worth it to me.

Not a spray. Misleading description

I am annoyed that the listing says spray, but it is not a spray. It is drops in a dropper.

It works

I love this brand and used Biosom on and off for years. It’s easy to use and very high quality and it works. I recently start having hot flashes again and this puts it under control with 2 sprays : morning and evening. I tried capsules from a brand from somewhere but it didn’t work and hurt my stomach. This spray is super effective and works as it should. It’s a life saver
