  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package using the provided link.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it cannot be found, contact us at sales@purelypills.com, and we will assist you.
  • Delayed Shipments: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking your tracking details for updates.

6. Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@purelypills.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed.
