All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is successfully verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).

Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after within the contiguous United States.
Cost: $6.99
Please Note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
3. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
International Shipping: At this time, PurelyPills.com does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are based in Montana, USA, and our services are currently limited to the United States.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Discrepancies and Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. PurelyPills.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
