At PurelyPills.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully.


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging, with all seals intact. Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are generally not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations for dietary supplements and similar products.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

    • Gift cards.

    • Clearance or "final sale" items (unless defective).

    • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on their product page.


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@purelypills.com or call us at 406-308-7789. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization (RA): Our team will review your request and, if your return meets the eligibility criteria, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.

Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address provided with your RA instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), PurelyPills.com will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 

3. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing:

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Declined Returns: If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, missing RA number), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In such cases, we may offer to return the item to you at your expense.


 

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing.


 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at sales@purelypills.com or 406-308-7789. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
