I didn't realize how well this supplement worked until i stopped using it. I suffer from severe joint and muscle pain stemming from Lyme disease - this supplement has reduced the burning sensation in my muscles and the amount of stiff necks i wake up with. It also greatly reduced the amount of knots i was getting in my upper back!! i was taking 2 capsules 2 times a day and it seemed to do the trick, but i'm sure that varies depending on the person. highly recommend!

First, let me say, if you have more severe pain, this is not your only choice. Probably use it in conjunction with some western meds.Second, I've had several quad tendons ruptured and an issue with my shoulder. I didn't want to stay on the opoids long, so my MD at a Wellness Center suggested 3am and 3pm. It works like a champ. I now just do 3pm, because there's not difference between once or twice a day for me. You need to take it daily for it to build up. It's not a magic pill that makes pain go away instantly like a nerve block, but it is one thing I will always take. And I don't put much into me besides food and water. Take it for a month and see how you feel. It's also pricey, so that's why I said that 3/day is plenty.

My chiropractor introduced me to this product years ago and it has since become available other than medical offices. The anti-inflamatory properties for me are beyond comparison. As a celiac I am always fighting with my immune system and these little suppliments just calm everything down. They are and have always been expensive but like most people one is willing to pay for the one that works.

It works great but, takes about 10 days to load it i to your body before you feel the effects of less pain. Then you need to take it every day or the swelling will come back

My chiropractor recommended this product and I have been taking it for about 3 years now. I can really tell when I miss a few days, because my joints become stiff and my back begins to ache. Taking this supplement regularly and going to the chiropractor helps me stay off of Motrin and Tylenol, which is a plus for me:)
