I honestly noticed nothing from using this supplement. I am a 58 year old man. I noticed nothing. Sorry i wish it did work. I can tell you my testosterone blood value numbers stayed the same.

I got this for my husband because he is in his fifties, and his doctor has suggested him going on something to help with boosting his testosterone because of his age. I personally have been using Thorn products for years now. I swear by them. My husband's only been using this for a month and I'm thinking we're probably going to have to get another bottle for him. Right now the only notice he has seen is his sleep. They seem to help him relax and sleep a little bit better. But as far as energy throughout the day he starts to wind down come like 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. We were really hoping that the thorn Advanced testosterone support would help him with that. So like I said we're definitely going to give it another try with another bottle and see if maybe a couple of months starts to help with all of that. But I'm a definite believer in anything thorn makes.

I like to dabble in test boost products in the never-ending quest for gains and have tried quite a few. This one is a bit different in that it is narrowly focused on shilajit, ashwagandha, and luteolin phytosome (which I had never heard of). It also has zinc, which is a tried and true ingredient found in these products. Shilajit and ashwagandha have lately become trendy and studies continue to come in their efficacy (or lack thereof). The shilajit dose isn't lacking at 500mg (I personally wouldn't take more than this). The ashwagandha dose is much smaller, well below what can be taken daily (although do your research as your tolerance might differ). And it's frankly hard to find much on luteolin phytosome.Thorne has a good reputation--domestic manufacturing, testing, etc.--so I feel pretty confident you're getting what's claimed. I don't have any gastrointestinal issues after taking these. Again, do your own side-effects research, but this is a targeted way to try the shilajit/ashwagandha complex's effect on your strength and energy.

I am in my mid forties and getting a little low on energy, possibly due to waning levels of testosterone. I thought I'd give this a try and it does actually help me get through the day a lot more. It's *not* pure testosterone, which my wife thought it was when she saw the bottle, but it's testosterone **support**. Exercise definitely helps but if you need a little boost above that, I have found that this supplement helps a lot. I have come to believe it's the Shilajit in it, because I've taken other supplements with the same ingredient and found it does help.
