Minus 1 star for the price.This is an excellent product for those with celiac or mitochondrial issues getting important B vitamins.I use the cronometer to track vitamins from foods and supplements. I have found a half dose is enough to fulfill my vitamin needs. The package calls for 2 pumps a dose which is A LOT of B vitamins. I suppose you can split the dose.Quicksilver is always excellent, just annoyingly expensive.

Fantastic, I could feel the effects, and it’s not a pill!

I ended up taking these after realizing that these kinds of vitamins could really help with the way that I digest food and convert it to energy. I have to say, these are some of a few vitamins, but I really noticed a big difference on. My energy is more steady, I don’t have a slump at the middle of the day, and they aren’t pills. I hate swallowing pills so I really appreciate the fact that these are liquid

Quality and easy on the stomach

Some of the reviews of the taste are super dramatic, it doesn’t taste good of course, it’s liposomal b vitamins. But it diminishes after a few seconds of swallowing. I’ve found it’s the only b supplement that hasn’t made me feel jittery with palpitations, and I believe it’s due to the methylation factor. So far so good, will update after a month or two.

Flavor is almost unbearable but you get used to it after a week

The flavor of this is so absolutely horrible, i don't know if I can handle taking it.It lingers on your tongue for hours tooI do feel like the absorbtion of the vitamins are good but i really don't know if I can keep taking this** Update... you get used to the taste. i think my tongue is numb to it now. i like the product so I will keep taking it. Makes your pee super yellow so that means it's working right?
