I was advised to take this by my nutropathic doc as a treatment to jumpstart my adrenal and thyroid function, since i have hypothyroidism and felt extremely sluggish. I combined this daily with 10000mg of vitamin D and it was life changing! My energy was stable all day with no ups and downs. Mood was better too! I plan to keep this therapy method to do every 3 to 4 months.

I was tested and found I was missing all the good bacteria in my stomach. This high dose (225 billion) has made a huge difference in all kinds of health problems. Including several allergies I know longer have. I am so grateful for this Probiotic having the high dosage which I have not been able to easily locate in most health stores.

Wow wow wow! These probiotics have worked wonders for my body and I will continue to get them every once in a while when I feel that I need them. I was given my first dose by a nutritionist who said I needed to clear out my gut so that I could absorb nutrients effectively. I was already taking probiotics but she told me those weren't strong enough, but that I could continue taking them after first taking these for 15 days. I suffered from horrible acne and felt like I was doing everything nutritionally to have a healthy body and skin but apparently the years of counter-active foods, birth control and antibiotics had wreaked havoc on my gut. These probiotics helped clear up my skin like nothing else before did! If you're using it for that purpose just make sure you're eating well balanced diet with plenty of organic, raw fruits and vegetables (which of course is essential to general well being and health for any person).

This is some heavy duty stuff! IDK for sure if it works as I haven't had any follow-up testing done, but I do feel as though my gut has been healing. I take one-half packet a day mixed in some lemonade and shoot it. It doesn't taste great so don't put it in water and expect it to dissolve completely. I recommend this product.

More than ten times as many viable cultures as most capsules. This has helped me restore my gut after I contracted the pneumonia bug in my stomach. They are small packets that can be mixed with water or juice. I don't believe it would be advisable to merely pour the contents in your mouth! I now use for periodic boosts.
